We spent an enjoyable 10 nights at Riva Bella, http://www.rivabella-inf.com/v2/index_uk.php, on the east coast of Corsica, last year, booked via Suzanne Piper and France4Naturisme:
You'll need a car to get in and out down the long gravel road! Once in, the beach is great and the bungalows right by it are pleasant if a little basic. The beach was clean and of grey sand and the water was also clean too (only saw one dead jellyfish, although I'm told they can be a problem there at times). The sea wasn't exactly warm in June but pleasant enough for swimming. We were lucky with fantastic weather the whole time. You can walk at least 1km in each direction along the beach without encountering anyone but naturists.
The restaurant on site was good without being anything special (and you had to get dressed) but we didn't really find anything much better nearby. You also had to put something on to go in the shop - the cover up and disrobing outside was a tad ridiculous if amusing. All in all a great place to relax, swim and read without bothering with any clothes. We'd certainly go back.
Also worth a visit, and possibly a couple or three nights stay, is U-Furu, http://www.u-furu.com/ a little further south:
The walk along the river, swimming in the cool pools when you get a little heated, is superb - one of the highlights of our trip. The pool and bar area was very nice too. The bungalows looked very nice from the outside but we didn't look inside. We just went for a day visit which they were very relaxed about. There are other naturist resorts on the east side of the island but we didn't go to any of them so can't help there.
There are some absolutely fantastic beaches on the west coast of the island but we struggled to find anywhere that wasn't textile at the end of June. There are supposed to be a few, according to http://www.naturisme.com.fr/Pageplagesregioncorse.htm
We visited a couple but, unfortunately, no-one was naked. After 10 days of wearing nothing at Riva Bella, that clammy cossie was unpleasant!
Some of the scenery is stunning. We visited the Aiguilles de Bavella in the centre of the island and the Calanques near Porto, both strongly recommended. The latter, on a hot clear evening, was one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to anywhere in the world. Also worth a visit was Bonifacio, although I have to say we didn't find most of the towns very inspiring.
