We visited a few years ago and spent a lot of time trying to find so called naturist beaches described in the guide books. We only found one beach which suited (well, birthday suited) us, this was at Aghios Georgios on the west coast. Don't get confused here because there are at least two places called A-G.
If you look on the map there is a large lagoon halfway down the west coast - Korission lagoon. The village you want is to the south of that. Its a small, back of beyond place with a few tavernas, rooms to rent and small hotels. We quite liked it and stayed for three nights in rooms, even though we had package tour accommodation elsewhere on the island. The village is situated on a huge beach. Walk either way, though north is best, until you leave the textiles behind. There were us and about a dozen other naturists sharing a mile of beach. No facilities, no shade so take the necessary.
Myrtiotissa wins by a mile it is one of the best nude beaches in Greece. It is a bumpy ride to bike or car-park and slightly tricky walk down. The waves can be a bit daunting sometimes but it's gorgeous. An added curiosity is a body painter who persuades the most unlikely people to cover themselves in the local clay as an undercoat for his colourful creations. There is a tiny spring off the cliff face for fresh water washing.
